What we do with your CV
Last updated 25 July 2026
What we collect
Your name, your email address, and the text of the CV you upload. If you do an interview, we also keep that conversation and the score it produced.
Why we collect it
To read your CV, score it against the role, place you in a ranking, and let you come back to your own results page. Your email is used to verify it is really you and to send you your results link.
Who sees it
The team running this site. Your CV text is sent to our AI provider (DeepSeek) purely to produce the score and the interview. It is never sold, and it is never shown to other candidates. Other people only ever see anonymous scores and positions, never your name.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it. Email quentin@treesos.io from the address you applied with and we will remove your record, your CV text and your interview.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Same address: quentin@treesos.io.
About the hiring managers
Each hiring manager profile is a set of written instructions that imitates how a public figure has said they hire. It is not that person, is not affiliated with them, and is not an opinion they have given. Only a profile marked Claimed has been confirmed by the real person.
